This is a new mug and has never been used. However, since it is no longer in its original box and was previously used as a display/demo item in a shop, there are some minor discolorations and marks visible on the metal surface of the mug. I tried to show these imperfections clearly in the photos. Overall, the mug is still new and has never been used.
