1. Wash the nose lift clip and remove the makeup before use. (Grease on the face may cause slippage.) 2. Pull out the clip toward our nose and fix it on the nose bridge. 3. Tightness is adjustable by pressing the upper stainless steel wire until it suits. 4. Set an alarm clock for about 15-30 minutes, then can do anything you prefer such as reading, etc.
