Interesting vintage torch before the days of lithium and led. 1 million candle, so a bright light for it's days. Battery completely dead and will be removed and disposed of before posting due to safety reasons. could be upgraded to more efficient lifepo4 battery No charger but I guess any 12v charger would do the job. Therefore untested but it is a lamp and there's not really much to go wrong in there. Ideal off grid, site camping. Charge and go. Please study the photos as they form part of the description
