This tent does not include the rain fly! It is otherwise in nice condition, and looks to have seen light use. There are no holes or funky odors. It is not sticky, although the seam sealer strip on the floor does look like it is starting to deteriorate- see pictures. This tent has an interesting design, and is lightweight. Includes the instructions, stakes and stuff sacks, but no rain fly! Please see pictures for details. Thanks!
