You are bidding on a Petzl Tikka headtorch for spares/repairs. It is working, but incomplete because the plastic fairing broke and is lost. The fairings just clip on, so perhaps you can find another. The diffuser and its spring were not lost, and are included. The rubber cover for the control button is also quite worn (see picture) but functional. Because the fairing is lost, I can’t remember exactly what kind of Tikka this is.
