This adapter is handmade by BigFootDesigns for use with the Sawyer Squeeze and Micro Squeeze Water Filtration System. It connects the output of the Water Filter (Model SP2129 or equivalent with 28mm thread) to popular Stainless Steel and Plastic flasks manufactured by Klean Canteen, TBS, Pathfinder or Nalgene.
