This is brand new still in the plastic. I had gotten a couple different colors and decided to go with a different color instead of this. This is the glow in the dark edition. It still has the plastic wrapped around it as you can see in the last couple pictures. There are a couple blemisheson the plastic lid strap. It was like that when I got it so please check the close-up pictures.
