Cooler only, NO STRAP cooler is dirty in my opinion. I did not try to clean the outside. I did try to clean the inside with dish soap and warm water and whatever is in the bottom didn’t want to come off. It is mildly sticky in my opinion. I think cooler would clean up with a bit of effort in my opinion Zipper makes it all the way to the back corner and doesn’t want to go any farther. It does appear as though there’s something in the zipper. I don’t know.
